Realty Experts Property Management charges a 10% management fee for long term rentals (six months or longer), and 20% management fee for short term rentals (less than six months), upon the successful renting of your property. This fee includes marketing your property on many websites such as www.RealtyExpertsHawaiiInc.com, CraigsList www.DukeKimhan.com, www.Realtor.com, www.homerentals.com, MLS rentals and many other such rental websites. All showings, background searches and tenant screenings of applicants, and collection of rents are included.

Realty Experts Property Management will take care of all your details from your account set up to your bank deposits, we can even pay your GE taxes for you!

We will furnish you with an on-line statement every rent period, do periodic inspections, handle all move-out and move-in details for you. We also can pay any monthly bills for you if necessary and schedule repairs if needed. Please find the enclosed or attached Property Management Agreement for you to review.
